Terms and conditions of sale

If, for any reason, the client is not satisfied with his/her purchase, the items can be returned for size change, replacement or refund within 15 days of the date of reception by sending a request via email to [email protected].

The client must return the purchased goods with a shipment to the following address:

Size change

It is possible to exchange an item with the same one in a different size or color, if available. The size change can be requested only one time for each order.
The size cannot be changed for customised products based on the client’s request.

Replacement of defective goods

If the client receives defective goods or different from what was ordered, a picture may be requested as proof before the return is authorised.

Refund

The refund will be made as soon as the returning goods arrive at the headquarters of MASTROFISSO and are inspected. For others paid via Paypal or bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account. No refund is allowed for customised goods based on the client’s request.

Conditions for returns

The returned items of clothing must not be worn, washed or modified and must have no signs of use. The soles of footwear must be in perfect condition. Every item of clothing must be returned in its original packaging.
For every aspect not expressed in the Terms and Conditions of Sale, European regulations for distance sales will be of reference.
